<p>The present invention relates to a system and a method to recommend news. The provided news recommending system includes: a user interface unit which receives a news storage signal and a news deletion signal for each of at least one of recommended news from a user; a behavior detection unit which classifies each of at least one of the recommended news into storage news and deletion news according to the news storage signal and the news deletion signal from the user interface unit; a profile renewal unit which generates a positive profile by using the storage news, generates a negative profile by using the deletion news, and renews a state information profile of the user based on the positive profile and the negative profile; and a news recommendation unit which extracts news to be recommended to the user among news based on the state information profile.</p> |
