<p>The present invention relates to a lighting device and a lighting method for plant cultivation. The lighting device for plant cultivation includes: a light source unit to provide light to a plant; a pulse power supply connected to the light source unit to provide pulse power to the light source unit; and a controller connected to the pulse power supply to control a duty ratio of the pulse power to 0.2 or less. The lighting device for plant cultivation may include a step of providing pulse light to the plant by using a lighting device. According to the lighting device and a lighting method for plant cultivation, power consumption may be reduced and photosynthesis efficiency of the plant may be improved.</p> |
