<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cup type sikhye (sweet rice drink) capable of being distributed in refrigerator and cup type sikhye manufactured by the method. A saccharification liquid and grains of cooked rice in a mixed state are refined, and then instantly sterilized at a high temperature using a tubular sterilizer, thereby manufacturing a cup type refrigerated and distributed product which has excellent portability and marketability and is highly preferred by young people. Therefore, the present invention is expected to contribute to the advancement of a variety of fields, such as popularizing and diversifying traditional beverages and securing techniques for manufacturing traditional beverages that can be distributed in a refrigerator.</p> |
