<p>The present invention relates to a herbal medicine composition for alleviating dysmenorrhea and a method for preparing the same and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a herbal medicine composition for alleviating dysmenorrhea comprising Angelica gigas Nakai, Cnidium officinale MAKINO, Paeonia lactiflora, Artemisia argyi, Cinnamomum cassia Presl, Citrus unshiu Markovich, ponciri fuctus, Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge var. typica Schneider, Massa medicata fermentata, malt, and Canada potato (another name is Helianthus tuberosus). The method for preparing the herbal medicine composition for alleviating dysmenorrhea according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing 11 medicine materials including Angelica gigas Nakai, Cnidium officinale MAKINO, Paeonia lactiflora, Artemisia argyi, Cinnamomum cassia Presl, Citrus unshiu Markovich, ponciri fuctus, Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge var. typica Schneider, Massa medicata fermentata, malt, and Canada potato; washing the same with water, preparing various matters, heating water mixed with raw rice wine to steam the prepared medicine materials; drying the steamed medicine materials at 35-45°C for 9-11 hours and at 45-55°C for 23-25 hours; grinding the dried medicine materials, adding 30-50 wt% of honey based on total weight of the medicine materials, mixing and kneading the same; stabilizing the kneaded medicine materials at 3-5°C for 24-30 hours; and processing the stabilized medicine materials into 4-5 g pills.</p> |
