FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to obtaining of superconducting material in the form of a coating and can be used at manufacture of screens of electronic circuits against action of electromagnetic and ionising radiations in power industry, transport, communication, instrument making industry, in rocket and aerospace industries. A method for obtaining a superconducting coating involves supply to a plasmotron of coating material powder with a fraction size of 80-150 mcm, its heating to fusion temperature in a cathode high-temperature region of a plasma jet and sputtering onto a substrate with an insulation layer pre-applied onto its surface. At sputtering, the plasma jet with sputtered powder SmBaCuOat the whole sputtering distance is enveloped with coaxial cylindrical oxygen flow, and the substrate is cooled down with a heat carrier; with that, sputtering spot temperature of 940-980°C is provided by control of oxygen consumption and velocity of mutual movement of the plasma jet and the substrate.EFFECT: reducing the time required for a process of obtaining a superconducting material with retention of a structure and stoichiometry of initial sintered material.4 dwg |
