The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for generating a concern degree. The apparatus for generating the concern degree includes a first body state index generation module that analyzes first body state information related to an eye of an object from an image having the object received from a camera based on a first reference body state index related to the eye to generate a first body state index of the object based on the analysis result; a second body state index generation module that analyzes second body state information related to a facial feature of the object acquired from an image having the object based on a second reference body state index related to the facial feature to generate the second body state index of the object based on the analysis result; a third body state index generation module that analyzes third body state information related to the facial direction of the object from the image having the object based on a third reference body state index related to the facial direction to generate a third body state index of the object based on the analysis result; and a target concern index generation module that generates a target concern index related to a concern degree of an object to a target concerned by the object based on at least one of first to third body state indexes. |
