The present invention relates to an electrode stack and a battery cell including the same. The electrode stack of the present invention comprises at least one positive electrode, negative electrode and separator; and the stack of the positive electrode, the separator and the negative electrode in a sequence, so that the separator is inserted between the positive electrode and the negative electrode wherein the both end parts of the positive electrode and the negative electrode are not crossed with each other. In the present invention, each curved surface is included in the stack of the positive electrode, the negative electrode and the separator wherein the length of the curved surface of the negative electrode is longer or equal to that of the positive electrode and the length of the curved surface of the separator is longer than that of the positive electrode. |
