FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: conditioner contains an output stage on the basis of complementary output transistors and the logic elements 3OR/NOT, 3AND/NOT. The protection device contains two complementary key transistors, two complementary control transistors and two load resistors. In operating mode the key transistors are closed, and the output transistors are powered up alternately according to the level of incoming signal. In the mode of occurrence of electrostatic discharge both key transistors and both output transistors are opened. It allows to reduce the sizes of key transistors and stray capacitance of an output bus.EFFECT: increase of speed of impulse shaping circuit.1 dwg
