FIELD: textiles, paper.SUBSTANCE: braided preform for manufacture of composite structural parts of complex shape, consisting of a combination of zones of double-stranded and three-stranded weaving, comprises parallel zones with double-stranded weaving in the form of tapes, alternating with parallel zones with three-stranded weaving, at that the parallel zones with three-stranded weaving are formed on double-stranded weaving by inserting a third system of parallel strands along the direction of the zones. In addition, the zones with double-stranded weaving may be provided with arrangement of the strands at an angle equal to 7-45° to the longitudinal axis of the preform or with arrangement of the strands at an angle equal to 45-83° to the longitudinal axis of the preform.EFFECT: decrease in labour intensity and cost of its production while improving the quality characteristics, extension of the field of application.3 cl, 7 dwg |
