<p>The present invention relates to a dietary therapy providing method and a system thereof, for suggesting a concrete dietary therapy method, a planning and cooking method thereof by analyzing data synthetically according to constitution and state of a user for chronic modern disease. More particularly, the present invention relates to a dietary therapy providing method and a system thereof comprising: a first storage part which is recorded with nutritive substances required in correspondence to a symptom or a nutritive condition and a recommended food group containing the nutritive substances; a second storage part which is inputted with data according to at least one of a health evaluation questionnaire and a hospital examination record as to a target person; a food ingredient selection part which analyzes the symptom and the nutritive condition of the target person by using the data recorded in the second storage part, and selects a required nutritive substance from the first storage part according to the symptom and the nutritive condition of the target person, and selects a food group containing the same, and provides a food ingredient, a menu and a recipe comprising the food of the food group for the target person; a third storage part which records amount of intake, digestion condition and symptom change of the target person; a control part which reflects analysis result on a menu of the next week by analyzing data of the first storage part, the second storage part and the third storage part, and makes a report by gathering up a guide line for a fixed period and the change of the symptom, and then displays the report; and a display part which displays the report according to the control of the control part.</p> |
