<p>The present invention relates to a reserve point management system and a method for determining a reserve point with respect to transaction between a user and an advertiser by using a rate of a reserve point determined by the advertiser. The reserve point management system includes: a reserve point total sum determining unit to determine a reserve point sum of a current unit time based on an expected advertisement cost with respect to a current unit time of the advertiser by whom provision of the reserve point is allowed; and a reserve point determining unit to determine a reserve point according to purchase of the user by using a transaction cost settled by the user and a reserve rate determined by the advertiser when the user purchases a product or a service of the advertiser for a current unit time. In this case, the reserve point is provided when a sum of the reserve point determined from the current unit time is less than or equal to the reserve point sum.</p> |
