The present invention relates to a brokerage method for an online brokerage system to provide real object identification information of a brokerage target, which comprises the steps of: reserving an application for a field checking service for a specific real object for sale and assigning the field checking service to a corresponding local representative of the applied field, by an online brokerage information processing device; mediating a field visit schedule through a visit confirmation guide outbound call before the corresponding local representative arrives at the field, by the online brokerage information processing device; receiving and editing a real picture of the corresponding object for sale, which is photographed by the corresponding local representative in the corresponding field or receiving and scanning a sale object feature checking list, which is made by the corresponding local representative after checking the object for sale in the field and uploading corresponding real sale object data checked in the field, by the online brokerage information processing device; and classifying/sorting the uploaded real sale object data according to predetermined classification/sorting standards and providing a corresponding real sale object list when specific sale object search conditions are inputted, by the online brokerage information processing device. The brokerage method of the present invention can smoothly perform field checking of a real brokerage target, can conveniently provide a seller with the field checking service for the real brokerage target, and can provide a purchaser with reliable real object data. |
