The present invention relates to an interview question and an evaluation form which can effectively help conduct interviews by objectively and reasonably approach interviews for interviewers for a company which is recruiting. To be more specific, the interview question and evaluation form includes a main question section and a detailed question section which depends on the capabilities required by a job seeker and on the experience and situations for checking such capabilities; an expected behavior section of the job seeker, which is about the main and detailed questions; an interviewer′s score for the expected behavior, and an observation record section; and a general review of the interviewer about the main questions and the detailed questions. In addition, the observation record section and the general review of the interviewer are based on a five-score measure; thus the interview questions and the evaluation form is able to be conducted objectively and the interviews efficiently, and optimum talents required by the company can be evaluated. |
