<p>The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a seamless roll master. The method for fabricating seamless roll master of the present invention comprises: a deposition step of depositing a thin film on the outer circumferential surface of a roll-shaped substrate; a self-assembly induction step of inducing self-assembly of the thin film; and a first pattern formation step of forming a first pattern by developing the thin film layer. Therefore, according to the present invention, provided is a method for fabricating a seamless roll master which can easily manufacture the seamless roll master by using the self-assembly induction.</p> |
