<p>The present invention relates to a method for isolating and purifying plant ascorbic acid-2-glucoside from a Lycium chinense mill extract using characteristics of sugar-binding protein which purifies and isolates vitamin C derivative having higher purity than conventional methods by extracting the plant ascorbic acid-2-glucoside from various biologically active compounds contained in Lycium chinense mill fruits and applying endemic characteristics owned by the sugar-binding protein to an affinity chromatography. The present invention comprises: a first step of washing and grinding dried Lycium chinense mill fruits; a second step of extracting ascorbic acid derivative from the ground Lycium chinense mill fruits using an ethanol solvent; a third step of filtering the extract produced according to the second step and isolating the solvent; and a fourth step of concentrating the extract from which the solvent is isolated using a concentrator.</p> |
