The present invention relates to a paved road maintenance apparatus in which emulsification asphalt to be applied on the surface of a paved road at the maintenance easily passes through the paved road, and the quantity of the emulsification asphalt remaining on the surface is minimized to effectively maintain the paved road, so that the apparatus can be applied to all asphalt paved roads. The paved road maintenance apparatus stirs water, an emulsifier, and at least one selected from a group of fatty diamine salt, ammonium chloride, alkyl sulfonate, and poly oxyethylene alkyl phenol ether to produce emulsification asphalt, and then mixes the emulsification asphalt and pozzolan polymer stearic acid in the ratio of 1 : 0.5 to 3. |
