The present invention provides a method for manufacturing bamboo salt comprising: a first heating step for preparing heat-treated sun-dried salt by heating sun-dried salt; and a second heating step for putting the heat-treated sun-dried salt in a red clay ceramic container comprising a cover having at least one through hole and placing a plurality of bamboo chips on the sun-dried salt, and then heating at 750-850°C. According to the method, the content of a hydrogen sulfide product, a functional ingredient, in the bamboo salt can be easily adjusted to answer the purposes of various products. |
