The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate; a display unit on the substrate; a sealing layer sealing the display unit; and a protection layer on the sealing layer. The sealing layer is made of an inorganic low temperature viscosity transition material, and the protection layer can be made of a material which the elastic force and adhesion sufficient to protect the sealing layer from an external force. Accordingly, the organic light emitting display device can have excellent sealability and reliability. |
