The present invention relates to a memory system and a programming method thereof. The memory system stores the data used in a coarse program operation to an extra data latch and uses the data again in a fine programming operation. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce the number of times when the data is loaded and increases the speed of the programming process accordingly while significantly reducing the power consumption. |
