The present invention aims to provide an apparatus for recollecting oil mist and an organic solvent included in industrial exhaust gas with increased efficiency; and a method for recollecting oil mist and an organic solvent using the same apparatus. The apparatus comprises an air blower which transfers the exhaust gas by using high pressure; a heat exchanger on which a first recollection part recollecting the oil mist and the organic solvents such as VOCs is installed; a cooling water supplying means which supplies cooling water to the inside of a first body of the heat exchanger and circulates the cooling water; a transfer pipe having a temperature sensor on one side of an outer circumferential surface thereof; an electrical dust collector on which a second recollection part recollecting the oil mist and the organic solvents such as VOCs is installed; and a discharging pipe that discharges the exhaust gas from which the oil mist and the organic solvents such as VOCs are separated by the electrical dust collector to the outside.
