The present invention relates to a novel tricyclic benzoxaborole derivative, a method for producing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition including the same as an active ingredient for an antibiotic. The novel tricyclic benzoxaborole compound is represented by Chemical Formula 1. The tricyclic benzoxaborole compound has a wide antibiotic spectrum with respect to antibiotic resistant bacteria, low toxicity, excellent antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria, and especially a strong antibacterial effect against gram-negative bacteria having antibiotic resistance, a human, and various animal pathogens. Therefore, the compound can be advantageously used for an antibiotic for gram negative bacteria and for preventing, alleviating, or/and treating diseases related to gram negative bacteria. |
