A first connection hole (21) and a second connection hole (22) are provided in a valve housing (12). A valve seat (23) is provided at the boundary between the first connection hole (21) and the second connection hole (22). A valve body (24) is mounted in the second connection hole (22). Spring force which acts toward the valve seat (23) is applied to the valve body (24) by a spring member. The valve body (24) is provided with a slide surface (32) which slides on the inner surface of the second connection hole (22), and a connecting outer peripheral surface (43) which forms a guide flow passage (42). The guide flow passage (42) connects to an axial connection hole (44) and to a radial connection hole (45). The radial connection hole (45) is formed so as to straddle both the slide surface (32) and the connecting outer peripheral surface (43). |
