<p>The present invention relates to a novel isatin-based hydroxamic acid and an anti-cancer composition comprising the same as an active ingredient. A hydroxamic acid compound of the present invention has activity of inhibiting histone deacetylase (HDAC), and shows cytotoxicity in various cancer cells and anti-cancer effect, thereby being developed as an active ingredient of a strong anticancer drug.</p> |
