<p>Disclosed are a web filter that enables the provision of uniform color coordinates and the removal of a yellow ring, an LED package using the same, and a method for manufacturing the LED package. The disclosed web filter is loosely made of plural fibers through electro-spinning, and a mixed solution including a polymer, a fluorescent substance, and a solvent is used as the raw material for the web filter. The disclosed LED package comprises a light-emitting element, a substrate, the web filter, and a transparent resin layer. The substrate includes a cavity where the light-emitting element is built. The web filter loosely made of plural fibers through electro-spinning is installed above the light-emitting element in the cavity and spaced from the light-emitting element, wherein the mixed solution including a polymer, a fluorescent substance, and a solvent is used as the raw material for the web filter. The transparent resin layer is formed between the light-emitting element and the web filter.</p> |
