<p>The present invention relates to a radio resource management apparatus and a method thereof. The radio resource management apparatus according to a first aspect of the present invention includes: an admission control unit which is configured to control a call admission based on the laxity resources of the device; a quality of service (QoS) management unit which is configured to determine the load of the device and maintain the QoS when the load is increased; and a resource allocation unit which is configured to dynamically allocate the resources of the device based on the controlled call admission and the QoS.</p> |
