The present invention relates to a branching device including a cylinder valve, which is installed in a pipe in order to apply a hot tapping drilling method or a line stopping method and is called ″fitting″. The branching device comprises: a coupling pad which is coupled to the external diameter surface of a pipe; a branching unit which is vertically formed on the coupling pad and has a flange at the end thereof; a shielding plate access path which is vertically formed in the longitudinal direction of the branching unit in order to provide an access path of a shielding plate and to guide the access of the shielding plate; a cylinder valve which is formed at the end of the access of the shielding plate in order to open or close the access of the shielding plate; and a shielding driving device which is coupled to the cylinder valve, has a shielding plate for accessing the access of the shielding plate through the cylinder value in order to open or close the branching unit, and inserts or withdraws the shielding plate into or from the access of the shielding plate. Therefore, the branching device can be installed without using a water valve by improving a hot tapping branching device installed in a pipe when applying a branch pipe installation method using the conventional ″hot tapping perforation,″ can remove the need to install a valve chamber, can execute ″hot tapping perforation″ in a space where ″hot tapping perforation″ is difficult to be executed due to difficulties in installing the valve chamber, and can significantly reduce working hours without the use of a gate valve or a plugging device necessary to using a fluid blocking device. |
