The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a soy sauce and a fermented soybean paste containing Cordyceps militaris with a high cordycepin content so as to have a health healing function and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a soy sauce and a fermented soybean paste having palatability and functionality for modern people by adding Cordyceps militaris effective in improving immunity, anticancer activity, and liver function to the Korean traditional seasoning soy sauce and fermented soybean paste. The soy sauce and fermented soybean paste according to the present invention, which are prepared by adding the Cordyceps militaris effective in improving immunity, anticancer activity, and liver function to the traditional fermented soybean paste, have a unique value as traditional foods and various functionality, thereby can be used as a high value product. |
