In the present invention, provided are a fuel cell separation plate and a fuel cell stack including the same to improve cooling capacity. In the present invention, disclosed is a fuel cell separation plate, comprising a first flow channel which is formed between membrane-electrode assemblies by a plurality of channel plates to supply fuel to at least one among membrane-electrode assemblies; a second flow channel which supplies air to another membrane-electrode assembly among membrane-electrode assemblies; and a cooling channel where cooling medium moves to cool the first flow channel and the second flow channel wherein the cooling includes a division pin inserted inside to divide the cooling channel. |
