摘要 The present invention provides an anode material for a lithium secondary battery including an oxide protective layer that comprises: anode nanoparticles as an anode active material composed of one material selected from Si, Ge, Sn and alloys thereof; and a conductive oxide material for protecting the anode active material from direct contact with electrolyte. The oxide protective layer can use one selected from indium-doped tin oxide (ITO), Nb-doped strontium titanium oxide (Nb-STO), aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO), indium-doped cadmium oxide, zinc tin oxide (Zn_2SnO4, ZnSnO3), magnesium indium oxide (MgIn_2O_4), gallium indium oxide (GaInO_3, (Ga, In)_2O_3), zinc indium oxide (Zn_2In_2O_5), indium tin oxide (In_4Sn_3O_12) and other conductive oxides. The oxide protective layer can be applied directly to each particle of the anode active material in the shape of a core and a shell or can be manufactured in the shape of a tube via electrospinning and can have the structure of the particles of the anode active material inserted into the tube.
