The present invention provides an aluminum alloy member wherein a protective film with small amount of released gas is formed on a surface of the aluminum alloy by being able to obtain excellent resistance to corrosion with respect to fluorine radical and fluoride ion, even in under a high-temperature conditions. More specifically, the present invention relates to an aluminum alloy member having a protective film (4) on which an amorphous alumite layer (2) and a crystallized alumite layer (3) are provided in order, and formed on a surface of an aluminum alloy (1). In addition, the present invention relates to a method of forming a protective film on a surface of an aluminum alloy which includes a process of treating crystallized alumite wherein spark discharge is used to anodize the surface of the aluminum alloy (1) to form the crystallized alumite layer (3); and a process of treating amorphous alumite wherein the surface of the aluminum alloy (1) on which the crystallized alumite layer (3) is formed is anodized without generating a spark discharge to form the amorphous alumite layer (2).
|
