The present invention relates to noodle soup and noodles including hot water extracts from Capsella bursapastoris, wherein the flavor of Capsella bursapastoris doubles due to yeast extracts, and the noodles and noodle soup contains the maximum amount of volatile components of Capsella bursapastoris, thereby improving the flavor and smell thereof.
