The present invention relates to a silicon substrate for a solar which lowers the reflectivity of sunlight through AZO gap charge, maximizes efficiency by lowering specific resistance, which is an electric property, by electron beam irradiation, and improves the electrical property of the AZO applied to a silicon solar cell, and a manufacturing method thereof. |
