A method for mass-manufacturing double-sided flexible printed circuit boards using a roll-to-roll continuous printing process and a system suitable for the same are provided. A method for manufacturing double-sided flexible circuit boards using a roll-to-roll continuous printing system includes a 11^th printing step of printing a first printed circuit on one side of a flexible board using a printing process and drying using a drying process; a 11^th laser drilling step of fabricating via-holes from the back side of the flexible board using a laser drilling process; a 12^th printing step of filling the via-holes drilled in the first laser drilling process, printing a second printed circuit on the back side of the flexible board using the printing process and drying using the drying process; and a 12^th laser drilling step of fabricating via-holes on the flexible board using the laser drilling process.
