<p>The present invention relates to a food or pharmaceutical composition having an antioxidative effect which comprises an extract of shitake mushroom and Gastrodia elata blume as an main ingredient. The food or pharmaceutical composition, according to the present invention, has effects such as excellent free-radical scavenging ability, active oxygen generation inhibition, or the like, thereby having an excellent antioxidative effect and can further promote therapeutic effects according to a compounding ratio.</p> |
