The present invention provides a communication system between vehicles comprising: a taillight consisting of a plurality of LED bulbs; an information processing unit to collect speed information and direction information of a vehicle; a memory unit to store an intention display phrase by vehicle operating conditions; an operating unit to supply an interface to randomly select the intention display phrase stored in the memory unit by a vehicle driver; a controlling unit to individually control flickering of the LED bulb to display the intention display phrase, which is selected through the operating unit or the intention display phrase extracted from the memory unit by determining vehicle operating conditions from information collected by the information processing unit, in the taillight; unique identification information of the vehicle; a short distance wireless communication unit capable of selectively communicating by a medium of unique identification information of vehicles in all directions; and an SNS page connected by decoding the unique identification information. The operating unit additionally provides an interface to select at least one among vehicles in all directions by a vehicle driver, and the controlling unit controls the short distance wireless communication unit. Therefore, a random intention display phrase is transferred to the SNS page connected by decoding unique identification information of the vehicle select through the operating unit.
