The present invention relates to a method for preparing diluted soju comprising an Allium hookeri extract. The diluted soju comprising the Allium hookeri extract prepared by the preparation method of the present invention has less alcoholic smell and bad taste, excellent functionality because of a unique fragrance of Allium hookeri, and reduces hangover after drinking. Accordingly, the diluted soju can be used for people who have aversion to soju. |
