<p>The present invention relates to a prefabricated wall frame unit and a prefabricated wall frame using the same capable of minimizing a process for installing a form on site and omitting a process for placing rebar on site when constructing a concrete wall by installing the from on the wall frame unit made of shape steel in advance. The prefabricated wall frame unit is composed of vertical supporting members formed into a reversed L-shaped and arranged on four rectangular edges; multiple horizontal supporting members of which both ends are joined to the vertical supporting members respectively to connect the adjoining vertical supporting members horizontally at constant intervals in the vertical direction; a foam tie joined to the outer side of the horizontal supporting member and including one end penetrating through and fixated to the horizontal supporting member by a nut; and a prefabricated foam joined to the horizontal supporting member at a predetermined interval from the horizontal supporting member, supported by the horizontal supporting member, joined to the other end of the foam tie, and arranged on the center of the lateral surface of the prefabricated wall frame unit as the width of the prefabricated foam is narrower than the width of the prefabricated wall frame unit.</p> |
