Disclosed is an apparatus for inserting to a gasification melting furnace and a gasification melting furnace system including the same. The apparatus for inserting to the gasification melting furnace for inserting a raw material supplied from the outside to the gasification melting furnace according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a compression unit having an internal passage in where the supplied raw material can move; a pusher to push the raw material in the compression unit to move the same; and a stopper formed in the compression unit and moved to the inner part of the compression unit to shield the part of the internal passage of the compression unit.
