<p>The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for ensuring reliability of a requesting message in a machine to machine (M2M) system. More specifically, an application service node according to an embodiment of the present invention of an M2M network configured with a middle node and the application service node, comprises: a communication management and delivery handling unit which transmits and receives a message to and from the middle node; a data management and repository unit which generates a message or stores the received message; and a subscription and notification unit which acknowledges a right on the message. When the communication management and delivery handling unit receives a requesting message from the middle node, the data management and repository unit stores the received message and verifies the validity of the message, and the subscription and notification unit acknowledges an access right of a requesting node of the received message. When there is no error in the requesting message as a result of the verification of the data management and repository unit and the acknowledgement of the subscription and notification unit, the communication management and delivery handling unit transmits a result message including a response or a requested result to the middle node. When there is an error, the communication management and delivery handling unit transmits a result message including an error result to the middle node.</p> |
