The present invention relates to a mine device including: a rod member of which one end is combined with a grounding unit in a longitudinal direction and to which a grounding charge is charged; a plurality of insulators which is installed in a separated state along a longitudinal direction of the rod member; a charging plate which is installed between adjacent polymer insulators, is separated from the rod member to be insulated electrically, and a charge having a polarity opposite to the grounding charge is charged on; a charging pipe which is installed between the charging plate and the insulator, is connected electrically to the charging plate, and a charge having a polarity opposite to the grounding charge; a needle electrode member having a needle unit to be installed on the upper side of the rod member; and a discharging induction conductive electrode which is connected electrically to the charging plate between the insulator and the charging plate, wherein there is discharging between the needle electrode member and the discharging induction conductive electrode. A discharging path is formed between a thundercloud and the needle electrode member by discharging an ionic charge through discharge in the air. |
