The apparatus (1) has a body (2) that comprises a motorization unit i.e. electrically powered motor (3), and a massage head (4) that is arranged to be activated by the motorization unit, and a delivery system of a cosmetic product. The delivery system is able to be actuated manually and automatically. A disengaging device is arranged to switch the delivery system in a manual mode or in an automatic mode. The delivery system includes a container for storing of the cosmetic product. The tank is connected to a distribution pipe.
