On one chip, an integrated circuit (6) has: a composite cell (4) that is configured from a power supply unit (1) capable of generating power by means of photoelectric conversion, a power storage unit (3) that stores the power generated by means of the power supply unit (1), and main wiring (2) that connects the power supply unit (1) and the power storage unit (3) to each other; and a power conversion unit (5) that controls power obtained from the composite cell (4). Since the integrated circuit is capable of generating power and storing power under solar light and illuminating light, the integrated circuit can be applied as a power supply for a load (7) to be connected.
