PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic shelf label capable of improving work efficiency of a merchandise manager using information that the electronic shelf label indicates without increasing manufacturing costs and running costs of the electronic shelf label even when the electronic shelf label using electronic paper is used under a low temperature environment.SOLUTION: An electronic shelf label 40 includes a display part 41 using electronic paper, a light receiving part 42a, and a rewrite part 43a. The light receiving part 42a receives a rewrite command for the display of the display part 41. The rewrite part 43a rewrites the display of the display part 41. The rewrite part 43a rewrites the display of the display part 41 from a management screen to a normal screen in a first drawing time. When the light receiving part 42a receives a management screen rewrite command as a rewrite command, the rewrite part 43a rewrites the display of the display part 41 from the normal screen to the management screen in a second drawing time shorter than the first drawing time. |
