PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit diffusion of radiation heat from a cooking surface without deteriorating usability in cooking.SOLUTION: A cooking device 1 comprises: a device body 10 that includes a cooking part 11 having a uniform cooking surface 11A, on an upper part, a heat source part at a lower side of the cooking part 11 for heating the cooking part 11, and a top plate part 12 at a front side of the cooking part 11; and a heat shield body 20 that openably/closably moves between a storage position located in front of or at a lateral side of the device body 10, and a heat shield position for shielding the front of the heat cooking part 11. The heat shield body 20 moves on a back position on the top plate part 12 along the front side of the cooking surface 11A. |
