PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even a user not having the operation authority of an apparatus to use the apparatus.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: first reception means that receives a print request; specification means that specifies user identification information which is stored in first storage means in association with first identification information related to a transmission source of the print request; acquisition means that, if the user identification information is not specified, acquires second identification information from the print request; second storage means that stores data related to the print request in association with the user identification information specified by the specification means or the second identification information acquired by the acquisition means; second reception means that receives the user identification information or second identification information from an apparatus which is connected via a network; and transmission means that transmits the data, which is stored in the second storage means in association with the received user identification information or second identification information, to the apparatus.
