PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meal management method, a meal management system, and a program capable of performing a meal management without aid of complicated works and capable of grasping a calculation result of calories or sugar contents without requiring a time.SOLUTION: A meal management system 1 for calculating and managing calories or sugar contents taken at a meal time includes: an input part 30 for inputting the number of mouthfuls showing how many mouthfuls are taken at the meal time; a display part 40 for performing a display for inputting the number of mouthfuls; a storage part 50 for storing the calories or the sugar contents per one mouthful in the meal; and calculation processing part 60 for performing calculation processing of the calories or the sugar contents taken at the meal time based on the calories or the sugar contents per one mouthful stored in the storage part 50 and the number of mouthfuls input from the input part 30. |
