<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial plate and a manufacturing method thereof capable of attaching a display part simply and excellently.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a dial plate comprises: a first step for providing, in a concave part 3 formed on top of a base plate 1, an adhesion layer 4 thinner than the depth of the concave part 3; a second step for adhering a display part 5 including a metal thin film part 5a and a luminous part 5b formed on the lower surface of a tape 6, to the adhesion layer 4 of the base plate 1; and a third step for peeling the tape 6 from the display part 5 adhered to the adhesion layer 4. Accordingly, even when the adhesion layer 4 is provided within the concave part 3 of the base plate 1, the adhesion layer 4 has no chance to protrude from the upper surface of the edge of the concave part 3, and therefore, the adhesion of the display part 5 to the adhesion layer 4 enables the adhesion layer 4 to be covered by the display part 5 without allowing the adhesion layer 4 to expose itself outside, and the display part 5 is attached to the base plate 1 simply and excellently.</p> |
