<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectangular manhole that has two sliding lid bodies.SOLUTION: A rectangular manhole 1 includes a lid 3 having lid bodies 4, 5 divided in two and sliding on a rail by a rotating roller 47a. The lid body includes a roller device 41a capable of switching between a storage state in which a bracket having rotating rollers is pivotally attached to both end lower parts of an inside side part 4a and the rotating rollers are positioned at the outside side part 4b rather than right under the installation position, and a moving state positioned at the inside side part. The lid body has a recess 26a where the rotating rollers are fit in the storage state in the rail, and has a pair of lid stopping parts 25a in the center position of a receiving frame 2. The lid body is configured such that both ends of the inside side part are brought into abutment with the lid stopping part when fitted to the receiving frame and the rotating rollers are fitted into the recesses. When removed from the receiving frame, the outside side part is lifted centering on the inside side part, and the inside side part is lifted upward and the lid is removed from the lid stopping part to move the outside side part to the outside, and thereby the roller device is switched to the moving state.</p> |
