<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed mechanism of a feed-off-arm type sewing machine by which, even when two right and left pieces of cloth to be sewn together are different in thickness or material, or even when a curved part is sewn, the two right and left pieces of cloth can be appropriately fed so that the finish of sewing desired by an operator is achieved.SOLUTION: A feed mechanism 6 transfers cloth placed on a cylinder 1 in a cloth feed direction F by a main feed dog 19, a first differential feed dog 20 and a second differential feed dog 21 which are each elliptically moved in a vertical plane along the cloth feed direction F in synchronization with a main shaft. The feed mechanism 6 includes a first differential feed amount adjustment mechanism 61 for changing and adjusting the amount of the forward and backward movement of the first differential feed dog 20 per rotation of the main shaft (hereinafter, referred to as a first differential feed amount).
