PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone fixation instrument which does not restrict a position and an orientation where a through-hole is provided.SOLUTION: A bone fixation instrument 2 is configured to fixate a second bone Y relative to a first bone X. The bone fixation instrument 2 includes: a pin 10 in which an insertion part 10A which penetrates the second bone Y and is stuck into the first bone X and a protruding part 10B extending from the insertion part 10A to protrude from the second bone Y when the insertion part 10A is stuck into the first bone X are formed; and a pin retaining mechanism 20 which prevents the pin 10 from being pulled out. The pin retaining mechanism 20 has a wire 20A and a protrusion 20B for the wire which is provided on the protruding part 10B and is bound by the wire 20A. |
